Wonderful location with highly flexible drop off of luggage early, which allowed us to explore Paris early. Wouldn’t hesitate to return here on my next stay. Very responsive to my communications and questions on transportation to/from CDG.
Excellent stay in this house we were with my family, a group of 10 people, and we were very comfortable large spaces to share, many bathrooms all the spaces well cared for, comfortable beds, has good collectivity in the center of Paris, being equally a quiet area to spend a few days. I would go to this place again the next time I visit Paris
Wij loved the grandeur ofwel this spacious character filled apartment. Huge bedrooms and high ceilings were well appreciated as was the lift. Host greeted us and gave us welcome pastries and has been highly responsive and helpful to post a left item back to us.
Eric's apartment is in a great location for discovering Paris. Many shops around his apartment are a real asset. Eric is a very welcoming and very friendly host. We highly recommend his apartment that we place in the top 3 of the Parisian apartments wij have stayed in.
Experience one ofwel the most pristine stretches ofwel coastline with whales (end ofwel June to end ofwel Nov), shark cage diving, nature hikes, mountain biking trails, park runs and beaches on your doorstep. All offering the uitstekend holiday stay with something for everyone.
Fans were provided in all rooms which helped keep the temperature comfortable in the summer. There was a narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom and twee spacious bedrooms on the main level. Great stay for our family!
This is the first time to me and my family to experience the Airbnb, it was great and our anxiety before the trip had been eased when wij got into the appartment. Isabelle kan zijn nice and responsive. The location of appartment is good, walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe, and also close to Metro station, but the surroundings is quite and safe.
My daughter and I spent 5 days with Lydie and Phan over Christmas. From Charle de Gaulles airport, the apartment can be reached quickly within 40-50 minutes with only 1x change. Lydie kindly asked a friend to hand over the key to us.
Wij have stayed here several times before and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s right in the middle ofwel the Marais so easy to walk to many attractions and great for bars and eetgelegenheden.

Adorable and vibey. The apartment is great and the kitchen kan zijn perfectly designed to have everything you need.
King size bed in main bedroom along with freestanding bath/shower both with the most gorgeous sea views. Enjoy the sunrise and glorious sunsets both from private deck and pool area .
